Las Hermosas’ Ranching

Oasis Park's immersion in the food industry arises with the creation of “Rincón de Las Hermosas” Ranching, focusing its activity on the elaboration of different kinds of cheese and cures. It started its activity in Fuerteventura in 2004, by linking the cheese industry with technological innovation. Since then, his principal goal has been to continue with the artisan elaboration of Majorero cheese, with raw milk, adapting it to the new technologies and the rigorous quality controls.

Each Sunday, Las Hermosas offers tastings of cured and semi-cured cheese made with paprika, gofio or virgin olive oil. It is also possible to taste them with their excellent paprika mojos or fresh cilantro and "bizcochao bread" (toasted).
